Expertise in this area includes the analysis, research, design, development, and implementation of telecommunications' systems. Training in these areas is also offered.

Mr. Key is currently the Director of Telemedicine/Videoconferencing Technology at the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee and is an internationally recognized and award winning expert in the telecommunications field. In the past he has served as the Executive Director for Knox County Tennessee Emergency Communications, Director of Department of Administrative Services for Deroyal Industries, and Vice President of Operations for VCOM, Inc. in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was selected as the President of the Tennessee Definity Users Group for AT&T/Lucent Technologies; National Chairman of Associated Public Safety Communications Officials, Inc. Project 34; and elected to represent the Southeastern United States on the Associated Public Safety Communications Officials strategic planning and coordinating committee. He was also chosen to be a principal technology presenter at the International American Telemedicine Association conference.
