Charles L. Bryant

Mr. Bryant is currently a consultant and Corporate Security Manager for a large retail company that has twenty-seven hundred stores in forty-one states. In that position he develops training programs, is directly responsible for supervising over thirty security officers, and manages and monitors security guards and contracts for the twenty-seven hundred stores in forty-one states. He has developed a tracking program for managing the state certifications and renewals for security personnel, written training and procedural manuals, and trained security officers in executive protection, firearms, and chemical agents. He has state certification as a trainer of security personnel in firearms and chemical agents. He rose to the rank of Major in the Memphis Police Department after twenty-five years of varied assignments. During his tenure, he served in the department's Tactical Unit, Organized Crime Unit, Vice and Narcotics Unit, and Special Investigations Section.

Steven A. Crumrine

Mr. Crumrine retired from the Baltimore Police Department in January 1998 as the Colonel/Chief of the Field Operations Bureau where he was directly responsible for the management of over two thousand officers. During his career, he held many critical supervisory and management positions; including, Colonel/Chief of the Technical Services Bureau, Colonel/Chief of the Criminal Investigation Bureau, and Major/Director Fiscal Administration. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland and a Master's Degree from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Crumrine is a graduate of the 169th Session of the FBI Academy and of the Senior Management Institute for Police offered by the John F. Kennedy School of Business at Harvard University. He is currently Corporate Security Director for The Rouse Company which has in excess of seventy-five retail and office complexes throughout North America. He is responsible for establishing corporate policy for over two thousand security employees in training, procedures, and risk management.
