Charles
L. Bryant
Twenty-five
years experience in the Memphis Police Department, rising to the rank
of Major. During his career he served as a member of the special weapons
and tactics team and provided training to other agencies in SWAT tactics.
He also developed high-risk entry and officer survival training within
the Memphis Police Department. He is a certified National Rifle Association
Police Firearms Instructor and a state of Tennessee handgun instructor
for corporate security.

Charles
J. Key
Nearly
twenty-six years experience with the Baltimore Police Department,
ascending to the rank of Lieutenant. During his career, he served
as a squad sergeant and Training Coordinator for the Special Weapons
and Tactics Unit. In his last ten years, he served as the Commanding
Officer of the Firearms Training Unit. In that role he was responsible
for the training and qualification of the three thousand members of
the Baltimore Police Department. He supervised the department's change
from revolvers to semi-automatic pistols. He wrote the department's
policy on use of lethal force and numerous firearms training and officer
survival tactics lesson plans. He has been certified by the State
of Maryland as an instructor with revolvers, semi-automatic pistols,
shotguns, bolt action and sem-automatic rifles, and automatic weapons.
He has also been certified as a Glock armorer. He has consulted in
hundreds of use of force cases and has been qualified numerous times
in federal and state courts as an expert in firearms and firearms
training.

Edwin
W. Schillo
Lieutenant
Schillo has twenty-six years with the Baltimore Police Department.
During that time, he served twelve years with the special weapons
and tactics unit, including two years as its supervisor and training
coordinator. He also was assigned to the Education and Training Division
for eight years as the Supervisor of the Skills section. During that
time, he was qualified as a firearms instructor and taught officer
survival tactics and self-defense to officers.
